Great spot with complimentary Wi-Fi and a genuine restaurant. the staff here are super friendly and always have a smile on their face. the location is perfect, right on a busy avenue. 🌟

Big size and reasonably priced unit with extra bed, good value from SA hotels and work table.

Breakfast very poor.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with work table, good value from SA hotels and extra bed and that was great! The breakfast was free with Japanese alternatives and continental coffee, for instance and the restaurant food was great.

There was swimming pool missing.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the Japanese neighborhood. It's really close to the central commercial area of São Paulo and restaurants.

Experiencing the Charm of Japanese Culture

We were attracted to the unique charm of staying in the heart of São Paulo's Japanese neighborhood, Liberdade. Nikkey Palace Hotel transported us back to the 60's with its nostalgic Asian atmosphere. The lobby exuded a certain ambiance that immediately made us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

We chose to stay in the Oriental area during our vacation for a change. We were able to visit a lot of authentic Chinese restaurants close to the city center, and we even took a quick taxi ride to Paulista Avenue. It was a great location, unlike anything we have experienced before. the room that we stayed in was actually really spacious and overall pretty clean. the deep bathtub was definitely an interesting feature to use!

There wasn't much that we could do during the day other than to roam around.

I loved staying at the hotel! The location was excellent and everything was nearby - stores, restaurants, and subway stations. The Japanese style breakfast was a standout - very high quality dishes and included in the price. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff members were polite, and the cafeteria served great coffee.

The room was quite dated and not very well-maintained. The bathroom was not very clean, and our toilet was even broken upon arrival.

It was an awesome experience staying in a hotel located in an Asian-themed neighborhood, with a stylish and retro ambiance. the hotel location was highly convenient, being walkable to the city center and just a few minutes from the metro station. the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, even those who spoke fluent Japanese. It was great to have access to free internet in the lobby, and the modern amenities in the room were very satisfactory.

Some aspects of the hotel infrastructure were old and not up to par, particularly the shower, toilet, and lights found in the room. the air conditioning system could also use some improvement.
